We at Key Resources undertake a comprehensive Pre-employment screening assessment.
Pre-employment screening (PES) involves a number of checks to establish your identity and history. It is required before a candidate can be employed.

Our staff always takes time to consider all applications and inform all candidates of the outcome. We can also give our assurance that any application and its outcome will remain confidential.

The process of PES is undertaken within the recruitment process and forms a condition of any offer of employment by our client company or organisation. We will carry out the following checks:

  • Proof of Identity
  • Proof of Right to Work: to demonstrate legal right to work in the country in which the vacancy exists
  • Proof of Residency (where applicable)
  • Proof of Activity: employment activity for the last 2 years (this could also include education or travel)
  • Proof of Non-conviction of any crimes
  • Proof of no sanctions against practicing the specific profession (where applicable)

Please note that each country in the GCC has its own legislative requirements and local jurisdiction which impacts how the screening is undertaken. We can confirm to both the client and the candidate if any additional checks are required.
